When clients bring in an architect, we're there too - ready to review the designs, share helpful insights, and ensure the costs make sense, so the vision stays beautiful and practical every step of the way.
Once the design is finalised and approved, we bring everything together - assembling our trusted tradespeople and suppliers, finalising contracts, drawings, certificates, and council approvals. Then it's back to the drawing board with our dedicated team to turn your plans into a beautiful crafted reality.
WORK BEGINS
Once everything is in place, it's time to get to work - we put it in gear and enjoy the journey together. We strip out what needs to go, add new walls, carry out careful demolitions, and handle all structural changes with precision.
Our team inspects everything thoroughly, from flooring to framing, checking for any hidden issues like rotten timber. Plumbing and electrical systems are reassembled to meet the highest standards. We fix the walls, install gyprock, tiles, and all PC items, step by step.
Throughout it all, you're kept fully in the loop with your own client portal - complete with a live schedule, up-to-date cost logs, and daily photos and notes so you can watch your dream home come to life, one day at a time.

After all the core structural work, repairs, and additions, the time has come for the finishing touches - the details that transform a building into a beautiful, livable space.

HANDOVER
